Returns Policy
We know that sometimes an order may not meet your expectations. We also believe that your satisfaction as a customer is our first priority. In all cases for returns and exchanges, email us to initiate the return/exchange and obtain a return goods authorisation number.
Returns: We operate a no hassle returns policy. All goods may be returned for a full refund within 30 days of shipping provided a copy of the receipt is included and the goods are in their original condition and packaging. Once items are received we will review and inspect the items and apply the appropriate credits. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
All returns will be credited to the original form of payment (excluding shipping and handling charges). Please allow 21 days for us to receive your return and process your credit. Once the return is processed, we will send an email confirmation of your credit. Please allow one to two billing cycles for the credit to appear on your credit card statement.

Pricing Policy
Golf Ball Busters' pricing is carefully monitored by our staff to provide our customers with the latest, competitive prices. All of our prices are in Australian dollars (AUD) and include GST (Goods and services tax). Product prices are dynamically updated by our in house purchasing system when price changes are received from our suppliers. If you find a cheaper advertised price somewhere else, email or phone us with the details of the supplier together with prices of the product required and we will endeavour to provide you with a more competitive price.
